Video: What did the digital revolution ever do for journalism?

Back in mid-May, we brought together a panel of some of the most interesting contemporary local journalists and bloggers for our second WePublish event. Our panellists, moderator and audience were challenged to explore What did the digital revolution ever do for journalism?

By all accounts, it was a lively discussion, including some provocative remarks from Paul Napier, the editor of the Yorkshire Evening post. Sadly, I was on the other side of the Pennines preparing to host the FutureEverything conference,  but thanks to Luke Beaumont and Ivor Tymchak,  the evening’s discussions were captured on video and we’re very pleased to share that with you below…

Thanks again to our panelists Nigel Barlow, Emma Bearman and Sarah Hartley, our moderator Adam Westbrook and also all of you who participated in person and through Twitter.
